Through The Eyes Of A Bear

Updated: Dec 14, 2023

Over the past few years so many things have shown me how much we are similar. We are on the same journey but all different story lines, different goals, different everything but we are all going in the same direction. Some at a faster pace, some slower but still we are more alike than I think we even know. Why do we feel so different from each other? What are some of the little things that make us feel that even though we're sharing the same home planet. We forget whatever happens here on our planet happens here to all of us. When did we decide we were different from each other?

I think language has always been a thing that we've used to set ourselves apart. but what is language? but Just another way to communicate.

Than why have we allowed language to separate us? Maybe it's the identity of the language, in the process of the communication. Something unfamiliar, or maybe it's just hard to understand. Something that speaks differently than us. When you think of language or communication, what is your expectation?

Have you ever study the bear? The language of the bear. The most common communication I can always remember about the bear, is his unweavwring warning stance. He stands up on is hind legs and growls. Even the bear has a language that speaks to us.

Communication is the foundation of how we function but we still see it as something that sets us apart. Iv'e always loved the bear, I think it started with a child hood book I read or a Disney movie I saw. Bears I have always understood, their language made sense to me.

If you look behind the language you can see we are actually pretty much all the same. All living elements communicating our needs. Our desires, so what is it that we see that sets us apart from another? When you take a look at the penguin, out side of the fact that they're cute. The distance between us and them is definitely a journey. But still they communicate through a language we all understand. So even in a completely different world, under different claimant conditions and an entire different time zone. The Penguin communicates a language we have learned to understand.

Across the universe from the Panda bear to the toddler, we all communicate our needs. What we feel that sets us apart, actually is one of the biggest reason we are actually not a part at all. So the next time you look up at a bird, or a bunny crossing the golf course, your cat or dog at home, or another human standing or sitting next to you, that you don't know. Remember they too communicate, in maybe a different way than you, but they too communicate needs and what they want just like you.

Understanding the way someone communicates can be tough, trust me I know more than most. What I would say is try to be present with yourself, hey nobody perfect and all those imperfections actually just make you part of something really really cool. So be patience with yourself. Life is about the journey, more so than it can ever be about the gain. Remember you got this, Communication is a gift you had the day you were born. You've had the tools to communicate anything you need or want.
