E.T.

Holding on to my blanket, sitting up against the couch along side my sisters, our eyes peering into the screen. Nothing for a moment could turn us away. Un moving all we felt in that hour was the sound vibrating around us, the story had captured us completely. We were there with Elliot his story had became ours.

Universal Pictures production, directed by Steven Spielberg, E.T. The Extra - Terrestrial. Is a story about a alien stranded on earth, that meets a young boy named Elliott, played by Henry Thomas.

Elliott and his siblings, brother Micheal, played by Robert Mac Naughton & sister Gertie, played by Drew Barrymore embark on an adventure to get E.T. back home.

This beautiful masterpiece written by Mellisa Mathison, Is a film that people of all ages sat at the edge of there seats. An incredible master piece with a beautiful cast of actors.

The filming began at Culver City High School In Los Angeles, California. Under the cover name "A Boys Life" This was such a keep under raps film the entire cast had to wear ID cards to make sure everyone on set was suppose to be there.

To keep it spontaneity Steven Spielberg even had all puppeteers kept away from site to maintain the illusion of a real alien presence for the children on set. He also kept all filming under the waist for most of the movie to only capture the children out side of Mary Taylor, Mom played by, Dee Wallace.

Captured by the stunning sound as well as picture, John Willams composed the music.

Matched with a illuminating vibe that we all felt, he created a sound that moves and describes the emotion felt.

Every sound tide perfectly to each moving moment. Each moment connecting to brilliant masterpiece.

We were lost in it as kids and still are.
